Guild Wars 2

Excited for the new Lion’s Arch, and for Guild Wars 2 as a whole, my fiance and I have been planning to have our wedding be GW2 themed! As we get ready for the actual event with family and friends offline (the date of which is up in the air, as I often travel for work), we thought – why not have a wedding in game to celebrate both our love for Lion’s Arch and for each other!

Unfortunately our guild has sort of drifted, and we mostly play together or on occasional nights with others. But I would like to set up an event and invite all who would like to come and see. We’ll get gifts for all our guests, and dress up in our best!

Once we get an actual date, it would be fun to make up invitations and whatnot. Figure out a good mass present to be able to get whomever shows up. What does anyone else think?

As for an event in game like that, I’d definitely try and show for it. I always found if there is a theme of the event and a mass give away, some sort of food that ties into the theme normally works pretty well since there’s such an abundance of great named consumables we have.
