One of the ways in which gvg can take place outside of the match up and between gold, silver and bronze leagues is to use eotm.

There are limitations with this idea though. Most suitable places for fights are where you are going to take interference. Also there is a problem that there are some unique buffs depending whether you are red, blue, or green that are dependent on holding the keep.

However, there are two possible locations where you will not gain so much interference. Although both require the removal of a wall to reach said place.

The first is behind green keep (north of green keep)… the area has two small island like areas that can act as starting places with a strip between for fighting… there are two issues with this area… 1) it is long but quite narrow – so limitation on movement is a possibility… 2) the gradient will give a very slight advantage to the green side.

The second area is north of the red keep…. this area offers a multi-platform fighting area that might be quite fun for gvg… however, you would first need to take out the canons… both areas would require the consent of others not to interfere but if these areas could become known for gvg then perhaps an unspoken rule similar to behind the windmill might emerge.

It is not ideal but it is perhaps a start that might galvanise Anet into action at a later date if it proves popular.
