Mapping Mondays is a weekly event on Stormbluff Isle, every Monday at 6pm server time we get together in one zone for map completion. We zerg around doing events, completing hearts, and grabbing all the assorted waypoints, vistas and points-of-interest. We often hit the local jumping puzzles and minidungeons too. A typical run takes ~3hours.

Yeah, seems the mega-server system was switched on in Frostgorge during our event. It took us a while to figure out what was happening, and why no one could join us in Frostgorge. It turns out that you can’t ferry people between the “server” version of a map and a “mega-server” version of the same map. In spite of that we did end up finishing, not too far behind schedule, and now we’ll be better prepared if we encounter something like this again.
Is the event still happening? I think I’ve made a mistake with the time zone thing… =/

Yes, the event went off on time last night. If you couldn’t find us, it was probably because we were in different instances.
Mapping Monday always starts 1 hour after the daily reset. That’s 1am server time (UTC), 9pm Eastern, 6pm Pacific. If you don’t see a commander Farrel, Sneet, or Saavy Sneed on the map then you probably need to be ferried in. You can whisper me, Sneet, and I’ll ferry you in ASAP.
I am going to be out of town for a couple of weeks. In my absence Moss Glittters and Loren Michael will be hosting Mapping Monday on August 25 and September 1.
