Rookie Camp is a lore focused event designed to be fun, educational, and an immerse experience to remember. Originally a concept for new players wanting to learn the game, and for those wanting to meet new friends, Rookie Camp will be conducted twice a month with the premise of becoming a soldier, following the character Commander Bloodclaw, and fighting the woes of Tyria in an ongoing battle! Low and high levels, new and old players, roleplaying or not, this event is open for everyone!

“Queensdale is the heartland of the reforged human nation of Kryta. The rolling hills and well-watered fields are threatened by marauding centaurs and thieving bandits. The Seraph serve at it’s protectors.”

“Queensdale is about half of the modern kingdom of Kryta holding the primary farms for food and livestock. It is surrounded by Kessex Hills and Gendarran Fields, with the peak of Divinity’s Reach to the north.”

This will be a lot of fun, and I’m looking forward to seeing some new faces here. I definitely suggest coming if you are a newer player looking for advice or friends to hangout with.

The smell of sulfur in the air,
ghostly apparitions everywhere,
cannons blazing through our lines
and knocking the warband on their spines.

Each the soldier to take up arms,
even the mesmers with their charms,
with a loud roar we will take flight,
and crush the ghosts underneath our might.

Every shadowy shape of long lost dead
will shatter in the path that our paws tread.
We will claim our land, we will have won,
when we march the lands of Ascalon.

Hello!!

I really like this initiative!! I’d wish I knew about this sooner thuogh… :P

I’m not new into the game (been playing for over a year now) but I’d like to join to meet people, level up one of my alts (altoholic here u.u) with someone, and have some fun of course!! XD
