Lately I’ve been trying to understand why I feel like I am missing a big part of this game – The Dynamic Events. It was a lot of fun to do them when I levelled my main, probably didn’t do all of them and never will since they’re so unrewarding.
Right now if you look at PVE players. what can they do at level 80?
1. Boss train
2. Dungeon train
3. JPs
4. Mining Run
5. Daily/Monthly
6. Craft/TP
That gets pretty repetitive and that’s a shame since you(ANet) has worked so kitten content that players aren’t playing.(at least not regularly).
And why is that? simple – because it’s unrewarding in terms of gold/items.
Since this game is driven by economy player have to choose between having diverse interesting fun to looping through the same bosses over and over.
The Suggestion: The reward system for dynamic event should scale with levels and encourage players to explore more of the beautiful world you(ANet) has built.
