Event Organizers : be sure to include all the details about your event. Here are some details that may help better communicate the event:
- The event name
- The name of the organizing guild, world, or player
- The world and location of your event (i.e., Black Citadel Imperator’s Core on Fort Aspenwood, Lion’s Arch on Stormbluff Isle, etc.)
- The date, time and time zone of your event
- A description of your event, explaining the purpose and activities offered to players
