’A festive spirit rises from his tomb
to bring joy and laughter, or so we presume.
It is Daniel Frozenwind, the snowman king,
with a jolly top hat and icicles on his chin.
His partner in crime is the infamous Mad Queen.
Whether her intentions are good, remains to be seen.
They bring you a nod to the festivities of days past.
Dwayna and Grenth will do battle, it shall be a blast.
So gather around in Lion’s Arch and pick a side.
Will it be the joyful snowman or the Mad King’s bride?’
What is Winter Blunderland?
Winter Blunderland is a community event, created by the Aurora Glade community, which takes place on the Aurora Glade server. Throughout the evening there shall be games and great prizes. And there’s also a cross server raffle that you can join.

When and where?
In Lion’s Arch on the 26th of December, where it begins and ends. The festivities start at 6 PM GMT. (7 PM CET for Western Europe)
You can join us at any time, but beware that halfway into the event it shall move into Wayfarer Foothills and Frostgorge Sound, before returning again in Lion’s Arch.

Time Schedule
6:00 pm GMT – Grand opening Ceremony
Welcome the King of the Snowmen back to Kryta, and
party together with him and the Mad Queen.
7:00 pm GMT – Dwayna versus Grenth
Complete an objective for either Dwayna or Grenth.
Do you bring Wintersday cheer like the King of the Snowmen,
or is your heart as frozen like that of the Queen?
Lovely prizes are to be won.
7:30 pm GMT – Rally against Jormag
An epic trek across the Shiverpeaks, to bring Wintersday cheer to the Norn,
and drive back Jormag’s foul influence. Win fabulous prizes along the way.
? pm GMT – Blunderland Costume Contest
Dress up for either Dwayna or Grenth, and win an amazing prize.
There’s even a special prize for the worst dressed contestant.
The best Dwayna costume gets his/her pick of seasonal head wear
(Grenth Hood or Stag Helm) + the Dwayna Backpiece recipe.
The best Grenth costume also gets his/her pick of seasonal head wear
(Grenth Hood or Stag Helm) + the Grenth Backpiece recipe.
The worst costume wins a Mini Holographic Scarlet.

A finale that puts even the Eye of the North to shame.

The Raffle
Can’t attend the event? No worries! You can still join our fabulous raffle, and have your prize mailed to you if you win. Entry into the raffle is free. Here is how it works: You can pick one whole number from 1 to 250. Each account gets to pick only one number, and each number can only be chosen once. So if you see that your number is already taken on the list, please submit a different number. Please also provide us with the character name to mail the prize to. The winner will be chosen the old fashioned way, by use of a random number generator…. or dice. And yes, we are aware that people with multiple accounts could enter multiple times. We simply have no way around this. But they did buy the game multiple times, so we see no issue there.
The winner wins an Unbreakable Choir Bell.
