Hello, my name is Astixiya. My boyfriend End Walker.9324 and I are looking for a guild that is preferably on Isle of Janthir but we are willing to look elsewhere for the right group of people. Also we are in the Eastern Timezone.

I play Guardian mainly but also have level 80 Mesmer and Necro. End Walker plays thief mainly, but also has a level 80 Guardian and Warrior.

In GW2, we have experience doing some dungeons such as TA and CoF but would like to expand to doing more dungeons as our last guild played to favouritism to only a select few to run dungeons. We would also love some help on doing the final story mission.

I also have experience, having raided previously in WoW for quite a few years, in addition to trying other games like Aion, Rift and SWTOR.

We are hoping to find a smaller guild with around 50 people where we won’t be lost as a number. We essentially want to actually socialize and get to know everyone at least a little bit. We would like to focus on PvE but are open to do some WvW.

Hey Astixiya! Reposting this with some changes just in case you didn’t see it before.

We are a PvX guild on Crystal Desert. Many of our players PvE and we do WvW and PvP as well. We don’t make anyone do anything they don’t want to do though. We also do some seriously silly stuff like quaggan stampedes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKVYs2nZ85w) and we have “Stalker Sunday” where we play hide-and-seek with prizes (5g). We do the normal stuff like world bosses, etc. We do not play favorites. Our officers are chosen because they are the best at what they do and our dungeons are open to absolutely everyone!

We’re social/community-focused so socializing is what we do best! We try to call everyone by their real name, know the person behind the game, etc. We have about 50 actives. At most we’ll have 25 people online. It’s the perfect size—small enough we know everyone, large enough there’s always people to do things with.

Oh, our guild’s name is Tonic [Lime] and our slogan is “Obey The Lime!” We’re obsessed with all things Lime and recently, to my disappointment, LEMONS~ XD

Hi Astixiya!. Not sure what server you are on but if you happen to be or transfer to Tarnished Coast, we might be the guild for you. We have a great community with many gaming couples that enjoy spending time together in game. My husband and I made a lot of friends here.
Game wise, we are a PvX guild and we have events on a regular basis covering pretty much everything from PvE to Wv3 and PvP. You can pick and chose what you want/like to do and there’s plenty activities to chose from.

Hey Astixiya, we talked a little bit in-game. My Guild, RoMS, is based on Sorrow’s Furnace, so it would be cross-server but fortunately Guesting is free. There will be no pressure to transfer until and if you decide you wish to.

In short, we are a casual PvE/PvX guild that emphasizes mature and respectful behavior on the part of our members (though a humorous/crazy streak is encouraged). We’re very laid-back about how people play the game, and don’t throw a fit if someone isn’t decked out in all exotic/ascended items and don’t necessarily know everything in the game. We’re relaxed, we teach, we chat and have fun together. That’s what it’s all about. (As an added bonus, it’s an extremely rare occasion that I have to deal with any sort of guild drama).

We generally do weekly Guild Bounties and WvW, as well as other random (and occaisionally whacky) events thrown in for variety.

At the moment, we have 20-30 people who login and represent RoMS on a daily basis, as well as a couple friendly guilds who we often muster with if not enough players are available for a particular activity. We’re most active in the evenings based on Central time zones, but happy to expand our activity at other times.

For voice, we typically use vent, but mostly only for WvW or sometimes dungeons. (Speaking is not required) Please be aware that RoMS does have an application that it requires for new members, to ensure that we get people who fit the guild’s philosophy. Additionally, the guild is PG/Family-friendly, and no swearing or explicit content is allowed.

Hiya, Astixiya~ We’re on Tarnished Coast, not on IoJ, but Remnants of Hope might be a good fit for you and your boyfriend. We have lots of people in EDT and schedule many events during that time. Additionally, we have a calendar on our forums where any member can put up an event and have others RSVP.

We’d love to run the SM Arah to help you two out; we schedule that whenever a member gets to that point of the personal story, so it wouldn’t be a problem. We also do regular dungeon runs, with paths decided by the people involved, and anyone can RSVP.

We are smaller, about 15 people active daily and several more active weekly, and we definitely believe in a community atmosphere where each person matters.
