APeX Prime is now recruiting exceptionally skilled individuals with an interest in highly-coordinated outnumbered play in the WvWvW environment.
About APeX Prime
APeX Prime was created by two longstanding and active Blackgate community and BG War Council members who sought to create something brand new to NA and pioneer a shift in the current meta. APeX exists as a highly prestigious convergence of talented and elite gamers. The concept of APeX was founded on a highly competitive approach to gaming. In fostering that approach we will harbor an unequivocal culture of excellence and aspire to be a superlative team of well-rounded players.
APeX Prime’s focus is foremost to be the absolute pinnacle in Guild Wars 2 – North America. To achieve this, we will train together in order to develop cohesion and learn together to enhance our individual skill levels. Furthermore, APeX aims to be a medium for longstanding friendships and to be a welcoming home to like-minded individuals looking to better themselves and their team members.
Most importantly, we seek to be the perfect balance of a highly-skilled team and a genuinely fun environment. While APeX Prime does focus on an elite level of play, we do not have any desire for attitudes that are derived from elitism. Enjoying ourselves and each other is just as much of a priority as winning.
Recruitment Information
As a member of APeX, you can expect:
Highly coordinated group play with a core of 20-30 members on the field.
Consistent daily raids at 6pm server time.
Frequent trainings, both individual and team, to help you build your individual skill set and develop a cohesion within the group.
To be part of a well balanced and open-minded team where everyone has a voice.
Full transparency. Members will be aware of things that are happening within the guild.
A leadership team with experience in leading large and influential guilds since the launch of GW2.
Very knowledgeable and skilled commanders. These individuals have extensive experience with leading and being a member of highly skilled guilds in GW2.
As a member of APeX, we expect:
100% rep during raid times.
An age of 18+.
Frequent, if not daily, attendance (this will be determined on a case by case basis, but individuals who do not attend frequently do not fit with what we are trying to accomplish, and will be removed from the guild).
A high level of maturity and respect for others. Flagrant intolerance will in turn be met by flagrant intolerance.
An openness to direction in terms of play, builds, etc.
Absolutely no kittening. Complaints are just veiled excuses for poor play and will not be tolerated. We will take any loss or handicaps with dignity and never slander our opponents because of them.
Full communication during raids. APeX requires the use of TeamSpeak to communicate with each other. Communication on the field is highly imperative.
