[BFF] Best Friend Club - Active, Social
Never before have I been part of a nicer or more inclusive guild in all my time on Guild Wars. There have been the occasional guild invites that never really panned out because they died off or I didn’t click, and there have been the few friend created guilds, but never have I felt more like I was a part of something fun and exciting. Despite having had the game for a couple of years, I still struggle with how things work since I’ve never been this consistently active before, but I’m slowly learning more and more.
BFF is full of really great people who are more than willing to answer questions, no matter how easy the answer seemed to be. I’m not overly active in the well planned Raid nights or the PvP learning sessions, but I’m comfortable knowing I could pick it up any time since they are always open for more people and willing to help you learn. This is the most active I’ve ever been in GW and I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of this guild.
Joined the guild from meeting Kitten in PVP matches while queuing and instantly everyone was so friendly and there was never a dull moment in discord. After some time, I really wanted to raid (and I am sure that most of you who are trying to get into raiding know how most groups want experienced only players or charge a ton of gold to run you through it or pay by the hour to learn the mechanics of it). So I talked to Xeno and Kitten and they were more than willing to get it started it up. We did our first guild run about a week ago on raid. What was awesome is there was no micromanagement like some guilds have. “What would you like to run or learn? You comfortable with that? Awesome” It was never “X Person has to do this or you are not doing this as well” It was very much okay everyone lets just practice and get it down…
A week later (after setting up a couple consistent days to raid) we did.
Everyone in this guild is willing to help and teach players. From more experienced players setting up PVP learning days to get some basics down for players that were hesitant in pvp, to raid practice nights to allow everyone a chance to raid and learn the mechanics, to people running more than their daily fractals at lower tiers so other players can join in. I am so glad I joined this guild and met all these amazing people.
