Company of the Red Elite is a hardcore WvW and GvG guild with its roots on IoJ. We are here to collect bags and help IoJ develop steady WvW coverage in the NA -> Ocx timezones.

Company of the Red Elite’s focus is foremost to have and support a positive and fun environment and to make sure that our players excel in World vs World. We have an array of skilled and well known commanders who play in all NA time zones, and oceanic commanders as well.

We are very active in World Vs. World, and we want to help you learn how to make the most of your time there. We will do our best to help you understand the flow of ZvZ combat, We have skilled players in every class who can tutor you in your class’s roll in the zerg, and how to optimize you for competitive play.

As a member of CORE you can expect:
A WvW focused environment – We raid every day at approx-6 PM Pst, and when we aren’t raiding, we’re out havoking on enemy Borderlands, forming gank teams to assist the map commanders, as well as scouting and upgrading our own borderlands. We also participate in S and TPvP. In CORE you will always have someone to ask all of your WvW related questions.

Is core a zergy guild?

Not TOO zergy. Our comfort zone is 20-25 players, but we’re frequently running 3 parties of 5. We only rally to zergbust or roam (depending on the day of the week, and the number of people online) for a few hours each day. The rest of the time we’re spread throughout the borderlands and EB.

That said, we will push you to improve when we’re zergbusting, and to take those skills with you when you follow other commanders and drivers. I have trouble envisioning a day when CORE runs more than 35 members at once. We enjoy the challenge of taking down a larger zerg, not being the larger zerg.

Ran with these people today. Probably the most fun i had in WvW in the past several months. Great guild with awesome people in it who enjoy farming bags. I highly recommend this guild and Isle of Janthir for anyone especially if you are coming down from a top tier its a nice change of pace.

We raid every day around 6 pm PST for approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the balance of fights and siege bunker!

When we’re not in WvW, we’re found PvPing, roaming and maintaining our kitten!

If you’re an experienced player looking for more stability, balance and competition, IoJ is home to a number of guilds which could suit you, including CORE. If you’re a player new to guild raids and zerg busting, looking to learn and be part of a team, CORE is a great place to get started.
