Guild Wars 2

I’m a 53 year old disabled person with little else to do other than play video games and drink beer. I’m playing a ranger (level 28 atm), and soloing pretty well despite having somewhat limited use of my hands.

I’m not expecting to ever be an uberleetfacepwner, but I do the best that I can, and am always looking to improve. Any advice is welcome, but I play to have fun rather than impress other people.

The ideal guild for me will have TS or Vent, but I’m willing to install any other VOIP software that doesn’t require a degree in rocket surgery. I have a pretty nice Turtle Beach headset, so communication shouldn’t be a problem.

I prefer to interact with a diverse group of people who are tolerant of different beliefs/lifestyles, and I am not at all interested in dealing with testosterone/Ritalin junkies. While I live in the Central US timezone (GMT -6), I have a really messed up internal clock and I’m often online at 2 AM, hence the willingness to join an Aussie/NZ guild (bogans ok). My native language is Ozark American, but I can get by in English if I have to.

Like anyone else, I want to join an active guild with lots of knowledgeable players who don’t mind helping a newb learn the ropes. My main character is named Orophage, and if you’re interested in having me join your guild, please let me know.

We are a PvX casual, yet structured, guild who wants to try to take part in all aspects that GW2 has to offer. Although we are a guild with growing numbers, we take more accustomed to the phrase ‘quality over quantity’, and that’s what we intend to do.

Being a casual guild, I have my rule of never removing one for inactivity; play at your leisure. Although I cannot assure you that you may/may not see many on at your time (especially with some schoolers/workers in the guild), we will definitely be on to have a great time with you!

Being a structured guild, while we don’t necessarily have a rep requirement as you join, we do keep an eye on this based to on our rank system, basically showing your loyalty/commitment to our guild, while always having fun with the other guilds.

Although we are not on Maguuma as our home server, we do not make it required that you have to be on our home server (Northern Shiverpeaks) to join the guild at all. The type of voice communication we use is TeamSpeak 3, and I will try to get everyone to use it at that prime-time you listed!
