Hey, my name is A.J. and I’m a casual GW2 player. I am in college and I play GW2 to relax here and there. I used to play WoW and raided a lot back in the day, but I’m not into hardcore gaming anymore. I am just looking for a tight-knit community to game with. Not looking for a massive sized guild where nobody knows each other, but rather a tight-knit group of players that just like to game together.

I live in San Diego, CA and have a pretty laid back personality. I’m 21, and am in my third year of undergraduate studies. I don’t mind vulgar language and all that, but am not really a fan of obnoxious kids who think it’s cool to drop the f-bomb every other word. I’m lookin to make a new character with the guild I end up joining. Let me know if you think your guild might be a good fit.

Hiya A.J. =) Not needing to do hardcore gaming was one of the main things that drew me to GW2. I loved it when I played Ragnarok Online (picked out my college classes based on War of Emperium schedules, lol), but now I’m ready for a more casual experience, so GW2 fits nicely.

A tight-knit guild can be hard to find, but I really feel we have it in Ember Solace. We’re a small guild of people who genuinely care about each other. We talk about trips we’re going on and share videos of our dance performances and post pictures of our pets. One of our members is looking into starting up a guild D&D group for those who are interested.

We have lots of members in college, and we’re really understanding about playing casually and needing time away. (What’s your major, by the way?) We have a short application so we can get a better feel for people and kind of weed out trolls or elitists who aren’t really a good fit. Hello! We are a PvX guild, which means, we focus on PvE, PvP, and WvW. Beer N Peanuts is established to let people enjoy their gaming while offering a community to support their efforts.
