Guild Wars 2

I’ll be upfront in saying that we are an LGBT couple; if you mind that then you of course need not apply. On to business.

I play a level 80 Necro as my main and have a level 80 Mesmer alt. My Husband has one of every class at level 80 and plays them all, but mostly his Guardian and Elementalist. Both of us are generally big on PvE but I do occasionally like WvW and I have a slight interest in SPvP; I actually really dislike fractals. I played WoW for years and just got tired of raiding and the “gear grind” so I am jaded on fractals. My Husband never plays PvP of any kind unless I drag him with me, but he does fancy dungeons and fractals (He has a full set of dungeon gear on all but 2 characters).

We both have jobs and the like, so we play casually whenever we can; usually I play slightly more than he does currently. I usually play for around a few hours a day in the evening on most days. We play a LOT on the weekends. We are Central time US players.

Hey!! You sound like a fun couple. I am not sure if you’d be willing to consider guesting (free) or transferring (ugh, expensive, sorry) servers, but if so, my guild (RoMS) is LGBT-friendly, and stresses respect and maturity in general. Here’s more information:

In short, we are a casual PvE/PvX guild that emphasizes mature and respectful behavior on the part of our members (though a humorous/crazy streak is encouraged). We’re very laid-back about how people play the game, and don’t throw a fit if someone isn’t decked out in all exotic/ascended items and don’t necessarily know everything in the game. We’re relaxed, we teach, we chat and have fun together. That’s what it’s all about. (As an added bonus, it’s an extremely rare occasion that I have to deal with any sort of guild drama).

We generally do weekly Guild Bounties and WvW, as well as other random (and occaisionally whacky) events thrown in for variety.

At the moment, we have 15-30 people who login and represent RoMS on a daily basis, as well as a couple friendly guilds who we often muster with if not enough players are available for a particular activity. We’re most active in the evenings based on Central time zones, but happy to expand our activity at other times.

For voice, we typically use vent, but mostly only for WvW or sometimes dungeons.
Please be aware that RoMS does have an application that it requires for new members, to ensure that we get people who fit the guild’s philosophy. Additionally, the guild is PG/Family-friendly, and no swearing or explicit content is allowed.
