We are a 200+ person guild on Darkhaven and we are wanting to recruit new and experienced WvWers. If you are a reputable and well known Commander the position may also have a weekly gold paycheck included with it.

Must be able too:
Set up a Weekly/Nightly/Monthly WvW schedule.
Must have a good reputation
Must have TS3
Must have a Commander tag on 1 toon. (Will consider supplying tag for alts)
Must be able to provide proof

What you get:
Commander tag for at least 1 alt.
Server Transfer TO Darkhaven
Officer rank
TS3 Admin permissions
“X” amount of gold per week (X=20g-100g)
Weekly 5/5 Guild Missions
One the best and funniest Guilds around. (Very welcoming to all sexes/religons/sexuality/wtc)

If you have 200+ in your guild. Just train internally, since you have the gold to spread around for a commander. It’s one thing to bring some commander in outta nowhere, but respect for him/her isn’t automatic. It’s earned and the beginning is a rough ride. Start small, get 5 in voice com, 1 (the commander) driving those as embedded inside your zerg blob. At minimum have a guardian and Mesmer in your group when you roll. Good luck.

one question i would like u to ask ur guild

are you willing to completely submit to training, as if this was military boot camp?

for example. no medium armor classes for now. r they willing to do that?

if so you will find a handful of commanders skilled in 15-20 vs 35 -70 enemies in open field that will be intrigue to come and earn that gold and teach you what they know

why is open field important? because when the enemy cannot kill your force, its only a matter of time b4 their walls crumble and their doors fall and the big bad wolf enters ; )

oh and btw you shouldn’t need to provide commander tag, in fact, having a tag on risks rallybots following ur crew that is not on voice command.

Which guild is this for? I’m kinda curious.
