Darkhaven, a five-time award winning erotic roleplaying server, is looking for WvW guilds and commanders to transfer here and help us bring the fight to Tier 5 and soon, Tier 4.

What can such a server offer you, beside untold pleasures of the body? For starters, pound-for-pound, we boast more fight/GvG guilds than the other servers in T5, with four guilds right now that do OS/EoTM GvGs and scrims. We have a strong stable of commanders that work each timezone to keep us competitive. About half a dozen guilds have just transferred here in the past month to shore up our numbers. Oh and our roamers are top-notch.

With a strong foundation, we could use two or three more guilds here to help us secure top of T5 and work on gaining glicko to enter T4.

WHY COME HERE?
We have a clear goal of where we want to be and how to get there. Our commanders, fight guilds. PPT guilds, roamers and defenders are all working to reach that goal. We just need a few more hands to help us. Any guilds that come here wouldn’t be just another addition to the server, they’d be a core part of our push to reach T4. You get to feel the reward of working toward something and achieving it.

We have two Teamspeak servers for our players to use, a main one and a back up one in case either goes down. We have an active server website where you can list your guild and be part of community discussions.

COVERAGE:
Here’s an overview of our coverage and commander presence.

Commanders: If you like leading a militia, we have a strong EU/NA/OCX militia, and it is not unusual to see 40-50 people in a single Teamspeak channel when it is running. We’re looking for more commanders to lead our militia and take pressure off our current commanders.
NA timezone: We have a strong presence with competitive guilds in NA-prime, however have room for more, particularly those focused on PPT/Waypoint breaking.
OCX timezone: We have a good presence in early OCX, but could use more havoc guilds to keep pressure on enemy servers.
SEA timezone: We have a good presence in SEA, but most of it is from one guild. We could use more commanders and havoc groups to take pressure off them in this timezone.
EU: We have good militia presence in this timezone, and a couple of guilds now run in EU. We could use more commanders in this timezone though.

Darkhaven is a server of fighters, in everything. We’ve been facing one of the biggest bandwagon servers in a long time (their population is probably larger than HoD at this point), and we have not given up. The harder they push us, the harder we push back. Every time they waypoint one of our keeps thanks to their SEA, we knock the waypoints out of all of theirs. We’ll fight in the OS, we’ll fight in the open field, we’ll fight in keeps/towers/camps, and we will fight you underwater with upscale rangers because that’s the real endgame of gw2.

Also buy my book “Darkhaven Ascends”, featuring short stories written by the real guild leader of SotD Lazy and Empress Pangie, and the entire history of Darkhaven chronicled in exacting detail from my perspective as resident PvF deity. Love this server. Even though we wake up every morning to DB’s huge SEA presence face rolling everything, we still show up to fight back with what we have. Luckily for us everyone that is in WvW right now are not fairweathers so we know exactly what our WvW population is capable of. It makes our weaknesses more clear so that we can address them.

What we need is without a doubt a couple more NA guilds (preferably some havoc guilds) and at least 1 SEA guild to help our, oh so lonely, SoTD guild out against the DB SEA time. ;.;

Even if your a solo player, we have a place for you. We have guilds that will want you and we have other roamers that would be glad to have someone new to roam with.

Also, as a server we do not mind helping with transfers. But NOTE that we WILL NOT buy you or your guild but we do not mind helping with a few transfers if needed. We want you to WANT to come to our server.

Thanks for the bumps, friends. As you can see Darkhaven’s an active, social place. Server leadership is a group of players and guilds that have been here since launch, plus the new guilds that have joined us since.

After we bring in new guilds, we usually take a bit of a pause so everyone can get to know each other. Our recent transfers have been fitting in really well, so we’re hoping to bring in a few new guilds.

If you’re interested, I’m always happy to hop on TS with your guild and bring other guild leaders to give you a real rundown of DH.

To answer your question directly, DHE (popaz.1524) and PS (Hilko.1760) are rather large and active PvX guilds whom probably have an EU presence due to their size. Hope that helps!!

Darkhaven used to bank on their SEA to carry the server. What happened to DH SEA? I thought you guys had 3-4 anchor SEA guilds?

It’s just Dragonbrand. We’re wanting to be able to compete with them specifically. The only reasons we couldn’t beat them are SEA and NA prime. Our SEA is still larger than any server below t3 except Dragonbrand, but Dragonbrand’s is so freakishly huge we just can’t do anything.

And thank you! It’s unfortunate we won’t get a shot at NSP, since if we rise up it’ll probably be NSP we replace since HoD… means we’ll always be dodging each other ):.

DB is not THAT big. Then again, I don’t know DH’s current population. They out-PPT us due to SEA. If they didn’t have the asians, it would be a VERY close match.

Well I’m talking about their SEA. No we’re EU, SotD is SEA. Db’s SEA has 5 active raiding guilds and loads of pugs, pretty sure that’s freakishly huge by any definition outside of t1/2 xD. In fact pretty sure they’re bigger than t2, they were when I last saw t2’s sea (yb-fa-sos matchups).

As to Sold we’re a roaming guild that plays in EU time slot. You’re probably thinking of SotD who’s our main SEA guild.
