Hello!

Decisive Actions is a NA WvW Jade Quarry guild, and we are currently looking for players interested in organized WvW, and also doing GvGs.
(Note: If you’re looking for a WvW guild, but you just wanna keep it light, we have our fair share of WvW trolling, chilling, and just running around picking fights. So we’ll be more than glad to have you too. This post in particular will be focused on our more “serious” section though)

So basically we’re looking for players that know how to work together as a team, and have a decent amount of experience in WvW. We run a really tight group and have a nice core group of players, but our active roster isn’t that large. Atm we’re doing 10v10s GvGs, but our goal is to have players to comfortably make 15v15 and 20v20s.

Now, this is what we’ll want from you:

• Use TS3!
• We have some specific builds / gear we run for optimal group synergy. I’m not gonna go into details here, but you may need to make some adjustments.
• For the GvG team, we will be giving preference to those players that show up regularly and run with us, attends practices, etc. That way we are sure you know what’s up. You don’t need to play every day, just enough for us to know you, and for you to be up to date with tactics.
• On that note, we don’t have mandatory presence to events, and we don’t really require/want people to play the entire time. We are just looking for people that intend to be the best possible and give 100% out there during whatever time they play for.
• Regarding classes. This is what we need the most atm (in order of most to less needed): Necro-Ele-Mesmer-Guardian-Warrior-Engi-Thief-Ranger.
• Keep it clean and drama free. If we happen to go 0-10, 0-50, 10-0, 50-0, it doesn’t matter. Remaining civil and respectful to our opponents is one of the most important aspects. If we loose, don’t rage at anyone, just think what we can improve on and give constructive feedback. If we win, do a /salute, and again think of what we can still improve.
