Guild Wars 2

Good evening everyone,

We, at Devona’s Rest, need guilds who specialize in world vs. world. As of now, we are suffering from a severe lack of coverage and a population shortage. We are vastly outnumbered and have been kicked so many times to the curb. We’ve had small successes in EBG, been cheered on by our opponents, and at times even been lent a hand by player-vs.-environment guilds.

So far, our situation looks abyssmal. One thing though, we’re positive. A lot of my compatriots have that motivation and drive to succeed against all odds. There are nights where frustration sets in, but we’ve learn to deal with it and move on.

We’re looking for people willing to learn. All we ask is that you listen to the commanders whether you think they’re right or wrong. Learn from their mistakes and when you die, learn from yours. Let go of past mistakes and keep striving harder.

Having a quality server and moving up ranks takes time. Devona’s Rest has no other direction to move but up. Please don’t guest on our server and “troll” us. We’re trying to teach and also be taught. It’s not a matter at throwing numbers at the problem, it’s thinking of ways to outsmart the enemy.

Join a good guild or merge with other guilds. Grievance [GVNC], Sempiternal Order [SO], and Silenced Assasins [SA] are some of the guilds who would gladly take you in. Some have existed since release, others are formed by players just to be part of the fun. There are many guilds here to suit your tastes.

I’ve always believe that a commander is only as strong as his weakest link. Even if your a person that just wants to refresh siege or guide Dolyaks to their destination or maybe even drop down a temporal curtain to speed up the group, every little bit counts. We need you! Come to our server. We are the underdog and it gives us a battle hardened shell.

A movie called Pacific Rim was released this past July 12th. It was a bomb here in the U.S., but was a huge hit in China. The movie was lambasted for cliches and bad acting. One of the corniest lines comes from Raleigh played by actor Charlie Hunnam and it goes like this, “Let’s do this, together!” So what are you waiting for? If you are willing to learn, willing to endure, and willing to strive to improve yourself & this server, come to Devona’s Rest!

Look it was late one night and at the time I didn’t give a kitten about spelling I was to excited to play GW2 ok lol I hadn’t noticed till we gained about 25-30~ members when one of my guild mates pointed it out and by then it was to late.

Guild [ZERG] does WvW weeknight 7pm-12am. central… Commanders iceburns,Grim,Amar,Valac If you would like to be apart of that just hop on in Devonas rest and join us! We also have. [BRL] Commander Molen Labe,[RED] Got this,Svidangit, and a few other guilds that run as well… or you can be apart of [OP]Dark Jean and do runs with him also Plenty of action so come on over and join us!

Can anyone recommend me sword/sword warrior build and suggestions?(Devona’s rest youngling here)

If you are part of the top of the rankings and tired of waiting over an hour to get in game or your guild can never get together to play because half of them are in queue then you should come down here to DR. We have room for you to field that 80-200 player force you have built.

How is Devonas Rest now a days? I miss the mother land.
