Little bit from myself too.
Im old (30+y/o) hardcore PvP, GvG (group vs. group) and WvW player. Before GW2 I played WAR (Warhammer Online), was there a grupleader in a organised WvW guild. It was fun (almost) and very intresting. After the game ended I took a little break, and now Im back. Altho Im not anymore that hardcore, Im still willing to play this game daily 3-6h.

Im putting together a 6 man team, to do all sorts of PvE stuff. This group main aim is high lvl dungeons, raids and fractals. But we will start from lowest dungeons (that is needed to get this group working properly).

Dosnt matter how experienced u are, if u can play it daily at min 2-3h then we are good.
Spesaking ability ofc required, mic (at least somekind of).
I also expect ur willingness to evolve.

And most important…..mature attitude.

For a future…. Im not excluding a participation in GvG or in WvW (no vorries that we are in diffrent servers)
