Greetings fellow raiders!

Your prayers have finally been answered. The great and slightly above average (NooR) “Noxious Raiders” guild is recruiting new members! The land of full clears and speed wipes awaits!

Now that we got all of you so very excited, let us give you some details:

We are a group of core members, substitutes and a few less experienced players doing their best to improve. Our overall performance can be placed somewhere between “all right” and “great”. Although, most have cleared all of the bosses many times with 150-250 LI to their name, have multiple classes geared and are able to perform well on all of them.

We decided to open recruitment again after we experienced the loss of interest in the raids with a few of our members as well as schedule changes, which prevent some of us from attending weekly core runs and reruns.
Our current focus is to bring the guild up to scratch again with consistently successful clears and enjoyable runs for everyone.

This guild is the right place for all of those who find themselves in between the many inexperienced guilds or training guilds and the hardcore guilds, which are able to clear their raid with their eyes closed and one hand tied behind their back.

Nevertheless, please consider (NooR) to be a place where you are supposed to meet certain requirements, are supposed to be experienced, are supposed to communicate with others and people actually expect you to pull your own weight still.

Given all of that, the guild is also a place where you are not expected to be perfect or anyone gets angry with you for making mistakes occasionally. Nobody will talk down to you if you want to try out something different or want to add some of your own ideas from outside of the current meta.

We usually raid on Mondays (core) at 19:00 CET/18:00 UK time , and do reruns once or twice per week if enough people sign up for them.

The mandatory list of requirements:

• Have experience with all of the boss fights, including mechanics and strategies

• A minimum of two fully geared classes (in ascended gear) and good class knowledge

• The use of TS and the willingness and ability to communicate with us

• A good attitude and being open towards constructive criticism

• The ability to fight off Drama Llama whenever he comes creeping

• Being able to understand that you might not be in the core runs each week or right away and have to make do with the reruns while you show us that you can be relied upon
