[EU] We Raid And Stuff

What we are:
- A small core of skilled, old school players looking to form a static raid group.
- Sarcastic/twisted in the humor department, so be prepared.
- Looking to have weekly clears of all 3 wings.

What we need from you:
- Understand and maybe even speak English (strong accents are fine).
- The right attitude.
- A least one class you can play to a high standard.
- Mostly Ascended gear.
- Able to raid 3x per week (around 19-22 CET depending on the teams schedule).
- Okay with friendly banter.
- Know the raid bosses, at least in theory.
- Don’t get offended easily.

Most of us have been raiding casually in various guilds or with pugs, killing a few to almost all bosses per week, but now desire to take it to the next level and form a solid group that will be capable of performing weekly full clears.

While we are not hardcore, we expect a good level of skill and the ability to learn bosses fast from our raiders. We also will require good attendance and would prefer you didn’t apply if you already know you can only make 1 raid per week, for example.

Finally, you should have some patience while we establish the core group. If you are a good player and reliable we’re happy to have you on board, but be realistic and accept that since we’re a new guild we will need to weed out players who don’t match the guild’s expectations while we build the team.
