[HOT] is a EU based PvE guild. We are a small guild with a maximum of 50 players. Our aim is to create a positive environment for people to learn, play and progress with a friendly and balanced group. At this moment we are looking in specific for players that like to come raid with us. Our current group exists of helpful veteran players as well as motivated new players.
Requirements:
Basic/Good knowledge about the classes you play.
Basic/Good knowledge about the Raid bosses and the mechanics of all wings.
At least two properly equipped classes to bring to the Raids.
Team Speak to join us for Guild Activities and Raids.
90% representation. Guilds for banks, PvP or WvW are the exception.
We are looking for motivated and social players, who like to join the activities.

i am a fairly new player or rather a returning one from back then. Not sure if my basic knowledge will be up to par. I’m willing to learn as much as i can, but are there also people on your guild willing to help me out in case i lack some knowledge?
I want to join a guild that can provide me a constructive and friendly environment and i know you wrote that as one of the features of the guild, but maybe you can tell me a bit more about it.

We have a steady set of core members that are always more than willing to help other members out. We often train rotations on the golem in the aerodrome or discuss tactics and mechanics of certain fights on Team Speak.
By friendly and constructive we mean, that we are always ready for offering our advice, and that we do so in a respectful manner. We take the time to make sure that we explain what and where we are going as a group, so that everyone understands what we are about to do.
But it also means that we thrive on honesty. We do not double check our members, but trust that they are well enough equipped to get the task done. That is also why being willing to learn and evolve as a player is important.
