Hey Everyone,
Spirit Fail [Sx] consists of a small group of friends pulled together from in and around several elite speedclear guilds on the EU servers. Our aim is creating a dedicated raid group who can tackle all three wings quickly and proficiently on at least a frequent basis of 3-4 times per week. To that end, we are looking to recruit very experienced raid players who not only know their class very well, but who have a positive attitude and are capable of having fun, as well as being able to accept constructive suggestions or criticism.
We are not a teaching guild, so before applying please make sure you know each raid encounter very well and know how to take responsibility for your own gear and any utility/trait/food changes between encounters. We aim to grow into a group capable of clearing all wings in a timely and competent manner before ultimately moving into low man attempts and possibly raid selling groups depending on how things go.
Expectations/Requirements:
• We expect applicants to be able to run at least two classes at a high level in raid encounters, and to be open to swapping between them if and when the time calls for it.
• We require fully ascended gear and best in slot food to be used at all times. As a result we will need your API key to check your gear out for ourselves. We will also be doing daily fractals, thus; having 150AR is prefered but not a requirement to join the guild.
• Knowledge of group compositions and skills in fractals and raids.
• TeamSpeak is mandatory and you will need to have a mic and be willing to communicate with the rest of the group.
• We want you to want to play with us, to grow with us, and to have an interest in always bettering our kill times and personal skill level.
• You DO NOT have to represent us all the time if you don’t want to, only when we raid together will it be required.
What you can expect from us:
• A group of players who have a desire to form a dedicated group for fast daily/near-daily clears.
• Players who are open to constructive feedback
• Players who love doing low man raid runs and want to try them often.
• A guild TS server.
The Trial:
There will be a trial before you can join us. This is to find out who not only has the experience and ability that we’re looking for, but also to find people who we think we can get along and have fun with.
The pre-trial will consist of fractal encounters based on your chosen professions, and a DPS golem test to check rotations. If you pass them okay we will invite you to the guild as a trial member where we will take you and some other applicants along on a full three wing raid clear to see how everybody performs in each of the different encounters, as well as how you get along with the rest of the group as a person. We will then make a decision of each of you based on how we each feel the run went, how we felt you fit into the group and by using video recordings that we will make to review everything.
Note: It is important to know that we are not yet a full group of ten players ourselves, so multiple applicants will be trialed at the same time, which, depending on how many people apply, will take some time to set up. If this isn’t a problem click on the link below to apply!
