What you can expect from a trial period
As a trial, you will be assessed on several different aspects. Proficiency of your class/es, understanding of game mechanics, your ability to be a team player and personality. Typically, trial lasts two to three weeks depending on the individual. The important thing to remember is that we do not judge your trial solely by your character’s output, but by your ability to work in a team, to perform on a consistent level, and to take constructive criticism well.

Several of us have played as multiple classes over past three years years and have extensive experience across the board.

The drive to get better at your class and to avoid stagnating.
Be respectful of others.
There will be zero tolerance for any derogatory language with malice intent or negative actions towards any member or leader regarding their age, race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, etc… Failure to adhere to this rule will lead to immediate removal from the guild, with no chance of appeal or recourse.
