Welcome to Ethereal Synergy [eS], a hardcore PvE guild on EU servers!

[eS] was founded as meeting point for other hardcore guilds in 2015 and have since then progressed into one of the top raiding guilds EU. Our goal is to provide daily raids and fractals, weekly challenges/low-mans as well as an opportunity to grow and develop within a nice and highly skilled community!
We’re currently looking to expand our roster with skilled players who are interested in pushing themselves further within, or take the step into, the hardcore way of raiding.

What we offer:

• Daily Raid opportunities at 7pm GMT +1
• Weekly challenge/low-man runs
• An opportunity to develop yourself as a player
• A welcoming and highly skilled community
• TS3 Server

Interested? Here’s our requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of raid wings 1, 2, 3 and 4. Including speedrun tactics.
• Fully geared and mastered at least 2 “roles”, these are Druid, Chronomancer, Warrior or DPS. If you want to apply for DPS then you will need to be able to play power Tempest and Condition Daredevil/Tempest/Engineer.
• Have the desire to raid frequently and socialise. We are not an LFG guild for your weekly kills!
• Ascended gear on each class you apply on, 150 AR on at least two characters
• Fractal level 100
• Be willing to learn and adapt to new tactics
• Be available for a trial run in order to determine your skill level
• Have TeamSpeak and be willing to use a microphone
• Be able to understand and communicate in English
• Represent us 80% of the time, our exceptions are for; WvW, PvP.

“We feel like our pve community is separated by way too many guilds” But that’s what you’re doing even if non rep. So you don’t fix the issue. Fixing it would be merge but I doubt any guild will give up on his name.

And what if warrior is our main class?Why is asc gear mandatory?

hallo there

ahm i dont know how to start but im intertesed in joining for raids(depens on the time your doing then)

i got atm 1 fully gearerd engineer (conditon full vipers armor(with rune of the berserker) 2 pistols with sigil of earth and malice and 2 rings sinister plus 2 accesoures sinister with the viper amulet from hot story and a Rampager back piece becuase i cant get my hands on the sinister one atm)

im exp with my engi the most so not sure if i can join just with it im kinda a 1 character
main and such(do got alts like revenant and a reaper not geared full ascended yet)

hoping for any reaction and such

Also we require trailees to have experience and gear for two classes, and one of them needs to be a high demand class
If you wish to apply, you would need to have another class with full ascended gear and be experienced at it

can i join? i am kind of casual but i am ok skilled. i mostly do arah.
im very laid back and like to do spupid kitten sometimes.
i play thief nowadays but can play ele or guard and war if i must.
the catch is i dont have the exp. i might consider it depending on the amount if fun i have with u guys.

Our primary focus is on fractals and raids, and seek to recruit talented and experienced players within those fields. You are more than welcome to apply if you are appropriately geared and have the requested knowledge, else it will become very difficult to participate in guild activities(which in turn would limit the amount of fun you could have in the guild).

Hello i have 2 questions
First off regarding repping whats ur rule.
And second off at this point i only have a warror power and condi that has experience with raids.
For the other classes im still learning.

As mentioned in the original post, we ask for 80% rep – i.e. that we are your main guild.
When it comes to professions, we ask for applicants to have advanced knowledge of at least two(with all relevant gear sets, e.g. both power and condi for war) including builds/rotations and use in raids. Additionally, these two must have 150ar.

Do feel free to apply, but note that you will need to have chrono, druid or warrior ready at the time of application. This includes all relevant builds/gear for that class(i.e. meta chrono, condi+power for warrior and condi, power, heal for druid) as well as raid experience on them.
