I think the rank (curently 27) doesn`t really say the skill level you`re at. Truth be told I have been playing mostly duels because I don`t have anyone to practice (tpvp) with.

The only way to run a necro in tpvp is conditions, either that or going power which is mediocre. I have the maximum cc that I can get (3 fears). Going Master of Terror is no longer viable since burning is so powerful.
