Guild Wars 2

i have 20k AP im looking for a really hardcore pve group or guild, specially raids, but willing to do fractals and normal dungs.
classes: i have all classes leveled to 80 (all especializations unlocked) im mostly used to the warrior, the thief and the revenant.
i have 2 ascended heavy armor sets and a ascended medium and light set (everything berserk)
i would prefer a group over a guild, but it doesnt really matter.
time preference: im almost all day online, i dont really have any problem whit an specific hour, just tell me the time the raids will be and ill be there, always, no matter the time.
voice preference: im really active in voice chat, i dont have a problem at all when i have to get into teamspeak or whatever the program is, i speak english and spanish (spanish is my mother language) im fluent enough in english to understand everything and being able to communicate whitout problem.
what im looking for is a serious guild, im willing to help, ill explain things over and over until that person understands what does he/she has to do, i dont have a problem at all against new player (im usually teaching them), but i wont waste my time in guys fooling around, i want to take things really seriously, thats the kind of guild im looking for, a serious one, that knows what they are doing.

Classes:Engie(Sinsiter/Vipers(still in process of crafting an ascended set);Guard(zerker);Ele(Zerker);Mesme(Zerker).
