Extraordinary Gentlemen was founded during the head start of Guild Wars 2, back in 2012. We were formed and built on the foundation and sense of creating a large social community within the game, enjoying not one but all aspects of it. We grew into all areas of the game and we are now looking for more, specifically competitive gaming. This started when Guild Versus Guild first arose in World Versus World. EXG participated in the humble beginnings of GvG and shortly thereafter, our GvG squad was born.
With a strong and dedicated GvG core, we are looking for fresh blood for our team and thus recruiting openly on forums to find extraordinary players who can add their expertise to the squad, WvW, and community in general.

* Able to attend raids.
* Above average skill in PvP and knowing your class inside out – you are expected to play your profession to the highest level possible (we do not want to go back to basics).
* Microphone needed to talk on TeamSpeak.
* Dedication, the right mindset and being a go-getter.
* Professional attitude with regards to the squad, raids, guild, and community.
* The will to improve yourself with and without the squad.
* A strong passion for GVG / WVW and PVP

If your application stands out, we will invite you to our TeamSpeak for an interview, where we would like to know more about your goals and reasons for joining the squad. We will also look at your dedication and how you would kitten certain situations. A PvP duel will follow. This to see your current play style, knowledge about your class and how well you developed your skill in Guild Wars 2 thus far.
After that, we will re-kitten your application together with the interview and duel and make a decision to invite you to the squad.
