It’s been 4 months since I’ve played the game and I’m searching for a stable guild that is looking for a very experienced driver for competitive WvW; Just seeing whats out there for me and my seasoned ex-core [RE] players. Yes, contrary to misconception, this is a serious inquiry and we are actively perusing a stable roster to call home.

Background

• Founded & led the biggest INTL wvw guild on JQ Emperium roughly 50-80 Core daily WvW attendance.
• Server liaison for recruitment & structuring on over 3+ servers
• Affiliated leadership: EMP/RE/ESOL/PLX (T1)
• Over 2k+ Leadership WvW hours
• Extensive fielding & Therory crafting with some of the best wvw leaders in the game
• UPDATE: 15 of my best & close core gvg/field players will be transferring along as well

What I’m looking for

• Preferably t2+
• A flexible guild that would allow me to drive/command for a few hours sparringly 2-3 days throughout the week (NA PRIME).
• VOICE CHAT REQUIRED
• Vocal core
• Guild inclined to field combat and GvG
• I DO NOT intend on taking over a guild, rather support in commanding.
• Receptivity on comp/build improvment
• Hardcore WvW Focused guild (NON PPT)
• At least 15/20+ CORE active players during NA primetime
• Daily active retention must be above 40% + entire roster NOT exceeding over 60 combined players.

DI On IoJ could be a good fit for you. We are tier 4 server. Guild usually fields 20-25 and sometimes 30. We are always looking to improve builds and what not. We are a wvw focused guild not a ppt(only when we are trying to pick some fights). We GvG when we can actually get someone to accept the challenge. Inbox me if interested.

Well the guilds you’ll be finding on the forums like ApeX/Agg/EP and other top guilds dont require a leader. In my opinion you’ll want to look around at guilds in JQ or BG that have been toning it down a bit in WvW and ask to help out cause usually it’s the guild raid leader that decides they’ll tone it down and not the guild itself (at least w/ my experiences).

I do know for a fact Tarnished Coast has been receiving a lot of guilds and will be bouncing b/w T1 and T2 for awhile if not continuously at T1 and those transfers are from lower tier guilds aka guilds that need an experienced leader. So I would check out TC, but otherwise just scower the lands of the server you’re on. You’re a unique person to find lol, leader with nothing to lead. Very unique.

TC, very doubtful you will be “bouncing around” at this point. Good luck in T1.
