Guild Wars 2

So,
I have decided to return to GW2. With that being said I am looking for an active WvW guild that uses ventrilo (or any voice program) to communicate in WvW.

A little bit about me…
-I was formerly in vH (Vindicated Honor) of Jade Quarry, we were once ranked 4th in GvG. I played in GvG and WvW zerg busting groups as a support guardian.
-I formerly lead a top 10 world progression guild in Rift online.
-I have been a healing officer in several WoW progression raiding guilds.
-I am a veteran MMO player and I am looking for like minded players that fulfill their role to its maximum potential.

What I am looking for in a guild…
-Good leadership, I do not tolerate guilds with poor leadership.
-Quality players that have good communication skills.
-A guild that is active in the WvW scene.
-A good social environment outside of WvW.
