Salt of the Earth [Salt] is the official representive for Awakened to Redemption Christian Gaming Portal. Guild Wars 2 is one of our main MMORPG’s we support. We invite ANYONE to come join us as long as you are willing to follow our rules and respect who we are. We want create a clean environment for GW2 players consider a haven from inappropriate environments that include daily cussing, dirty chats, or disrespectful environments. What makes us different from other PvX guilds?

1. We are family friendly, clean conversation, appropriate humor, friendly, and Christian based. Just because we are Christians does not mean we do not have FUN, does not mean we ONLY talk about the Bible, and it does not mean we do not know how to PLAY games. It does mean that we WILL talk about the Bible sometimes, we will SHARE prayer requests, we will MAKE the time to listen/talk, and we want the environment to be CLEAN that your 7 year old could play with us. REALITY: We are all adults. As far as I know we have nobody under the age of 17. In fact we have 8 married couples who play in the guild. So clean adult conversation is a daily thing =D

2. We ask that you follow our codes, respect us as Christians, and enjoy the CLEAN environment we have created. We are sinners saved by Grace, and we make our mistakes. I am looking for those who want to have a clean environment where they do not have to worry that an inappropriate conversation may arise. They can enjoy working with other teammates, defend our lands, and enjoy friendships.

Who is Odid- WvW Commander for Salt?

I have been WvWer since the game came out. My original home was SoR, then SoS, and no FA. I have the experience, but I need people who love WvW as much as I do to join Salt. I have several professions at 80. My mains are: Duecalion Ironhorn lvl80 War charr, Thorne Bloodforger lvl80 Guard charr, Odid lvl80 thief charr, and Avatar Kierathe lvl80 Ele (F) Norn.

Why join WvW Salt’s Havoc/Warband?

1. We do not promote cussing, bad language, disrespectful conversations, dirty jokes/stories, or anything that would be considered vulgar. We provide a clean, family oriented (all are adults FYI), and fun atmosphere.

2. We are Christian oriented, but we love the game as any would. You may hear conversations about God, the Bible, family, friendships, prayer requests, and anything Christian; but we always enjoy the game as a guild, team members, friends, and family. Do NOT let CHRISTIAN scare you off, we can fight in WvW

3. I would love to pick up more who play WvW regularly. Otherwise the “hardcore” WvWers play all the time either as roamers or together. All of you who just wish you could be on TS3 without worrying about cussing all the time… we can create that atmosphere. The more who join, the more respectful conversation will exist!

Lets show the world that GAMERS don’t have to be dirty minded, cussers, and disrespectful. You want a CLEAN environment… JOIN SALT!

What you can offer?

1. You have a heart for WvW, want a CLEAN environment, and desire to work as a team? Then come join Salt.

2. What Prof? I am not picky about what you play, my hope is that you love your profession. You learn about different builds to better yourself, and you are will to listen to me as I command. So what do we need… we need you to play your Prof that you love to play.

2. We need you to help build up a team. I would like to see Salt have 5-20 WvWers play regularly. I want you to be willing to play with those who play regularly. The more we all play together the better we become as we work together.

3. Even if you are not a Christian, but want the FREEDOM from cussing, dirty conversation, and disrespectful topics then Salt is the place to be. As we build our WvW team then we can pride ourselves in being a family friendly, clean environment for those who love WvW, but hate the conversations in guilds who allow it.

I will be making Tues/Thurs nights official Salt Guild nights @ 9pm ET. We still do it regularly and randomly throughout the week. These nights are to pull those PvEers into our world Blahahaha!

What is RED?

RED is the Christian Community Gaming Portal that supports 2 official MMO’s SWOTOR and GW2. Soon Star Citizen will be an official supported MMO as well. The Community is the Administration center for the guilds. each guild is run solely by their guild leaders to the best of their ability with the RED Counsel to lean on if they need help. The RED Counsel keeps the community running by supporting a Website, TS3, recruiting, and a Bible Study on Mondays. Yes the community is geared toward Christians, but we provide a clean environment for any who seek a haven that keeps dirty/inappropriate communications out. You don’t have to settle for less.

Please do not let Christian deter you from joining. You do not have to participate in any of the Christian based events. You can join RED and our 2 guilds anytime for the friendship, family-friendly based communities. We use Facebook Groups as our main source of Social Communication. Reason? We want each guild community to become close to each other. The stronger the guilds the stronger the community.

Last Thursday was a great night! 12 guildies came out and we looked like a solid Warband fighting in the field. We took many towers and keeps. We fought groups equal to our numbers and beat them with only 1-2 casualties, GO SALT!

SO if you are looking to join a guild that provides WvW, Havoc/Warband style playing, and language free environment then Salt is for you. Yes we are a Christian guild, and anyone is welcome to join as long as they follow our codes to keep it clean, family friendly, and have fun. We invite you to join us. See you on the battle field.
