Guild Wars 2

I am seeking a Guild that does plenty of fractals(pretty much all I do). I am already in “Fractals of the Mind [FOTM]” but I am seeking a second fractals guild to expand my options/player pool.

What I’m looking for:

-Experienced daily runs 10-38 (I’ll join in on 40-49 once I get 55 AR)
-Good team setups and player elasticity.(Able to switch between classes depending on lvl/stage)
-Fast FoTM run’s. (I multi-character farm fractal’s so the faster it’s done, the sooner I can start on another one)
-Maybe some guild missions to speed up my goal of getting 55 AR on a couple characters.
-Some PvE Content. Mainly world bosses and temple runs (crafting ascendeds)
-No rep requirement.

What I have to offer:
-Experience. I have been doing fractals for awhile now and know most if not all of the tricks.
-I have most of the classes desired for fractals geared up and ready to go:
Mesmer – 45 AR
Warrior – 45 AR
Warrior – 35 AR (<3 Warriors)
Guardian – 45 AR
Thief- 35 AR
-I take the initiative. If I feel that we need/would be better off on certain level’s with a class different than the one I am currently using, I will switch for the benefit of the team + faster run. I’m not one to stay on 1 class the whole run. If we need heals/reflects/stab I’ll switch to a guardian. If we need to skip things, I’ll switch to thief/mes. etc..
- Can teach newbies/semi-exp player’s how to do fractals but i’d rather be doing exp runs.
