Guild Wars 2

Generation of War is a developing Hardcore Oceanic WvW guild. We are based on Tarnished Coast and are currently recruiting skilled and dedicated players to perform at a high standard in WvW.

Plans so far for organised raids are to be performed at 7-12pm+ on Saturday, Sunday and Thursday. However consideration will go towards members to negotiate better times or days to run raids. This does not count non-planned raids, members may get together in WvW in off times if they’d like.

Representation of the guild is ONLY compulsory during guild raids, however it is recommended to rep at all times in WvW, but it is not enforced.

Members are expected to use compulsory builds that have been designed for the situations that we will perform in and to synergise with other builds, selective class usage may also come into effect.

It is compulsory to download and use mumble for voice communications in guild raids, mic’s are not required but are recommended.

Our two commanders that are myself Voljas and Kiyira Searshield have shared a long past in World versus World and have gained a lot of experience and skills in our time, we strive to perform at the highest we possibly can while providing a fun and enjoyable environment for the guild.

Additionally, we are currently not funding transfers to Tarnished Coast because we won’t be knowing the people who wish to join from other servers, so evidently there are trust issues there. But transferring and joining us does show us dedication and we will be willing to fund for gear.
