Guild Wars 2

Greetings Everyone,
We’re rolling into the fall time and as such we say goodbye to our summer schedule and say hello to our Fall lineup. For those that are wondering, why the hell is some guild posting their event calendar here instead of their own website. Gaiscioch is not an Exclusive guild. We don’t do anything that is guild only. In fact ALL of our events are open to the public and we host them not for us, but for you guys out there who often get overlooked.

So much so that when Guild Missions got introduced we funded and built up a alternate guild called SOR Community Events [SORC] so that we could invite anyone and everyone that shows up to each event so that they can get credit for the Guild Missions. Thus taking away the requirement for everyone to do their missions at the same time as their main guilds.

A lot of people were wondering what the plan was for SORC once HOT launches and I can assure you that we will continue to run 1 organized missions event each week, however we will open missions up to be kicked off by anyone and everyone so that they can run them with friends on their own time if they would like too.

That said we are looking and planning for the next Great Tyrian Adventure which we hope to kick off later this fall shortly after the launch of HOT. We will be focusing our PvE portion of our events on Large Scale content between Classic and HOT worlds. So definately stay tuned for more info.

Here’s our August Event Lineup

Weekly

• Tuesdays @ 4:45PM PT: US SORC Missions & Tequatl – We will slay Tequatl then run through all mission types under 45 minutes.
• Saturdays @ 11PM PT Oceanic SORC Missions & Tequatl – We will run through all 4 missions types that award commendations and then finish by slaying Tequatl for some spoons!

Special Events

• Thursday August 13th @ 5PM PT: Guild Wars 2: 101 Class – We’ll be teaching the very basics of Guild Wars 2 starting in Queensdale. Every attendee will walk away with a gift from the Gaiscioch Family to help them on their adventure. Items of focus are: Jumping Puzzles, World Bosses, Mini-Dungeons, Gathering, Crafting, Meta Events, Communication, and Travel.
• Thursday August 27th @ 5PM PT: Guild Wars 2: Advanced Events – We’ll be taking attendees to the hidden and unseen world of Mini-Dungeons, Large Scale Boss Fights, and Guild Missions. These will be step by step guides and walk people through how each of them work.
