Guild Wars 2

I have recently returned after taking a long break from GW2, the current server I am in,IOJ, seems to have a lack of players playing during the Oceanic/ Asian times. It would be great if any PVE based guilds with a large Asian/ Oceanic playerbase could reply to this post. I am willing to server transfer. I am aware that this question has been asked a few times but I would prefer a more up to date answer. Thanks for your time. Cheers!!

Just to let you know, the game has Megaservers for PvE now. That means all the PvE servers are effectively gone. They’re all put into whatever map shards are currently active. The game will try to put you into a map shard based on friends/guild/party members/etc but if you ask, there will be people from all servers on that shard. So unless the guild you want to join is on the other data center than you (EU or NA), you don’t need to transfer for PvE reasons, only for WvW reasons.

Thanks for the reply. I have been told that before but half the fun I get from this game comes from meeting new people and having fun together. Most of the members in my previous guild have stopped playing and it’s just not the same fun grouping with pugs.
