Heroic wow Raider Switching games LF a Home

Tarnished coast will be great for both aspects WvW and for PVE. If you raid heroics GW2 is a real adjustment and will feel like tank and spank. But remember encounters can’t be built on the trinity since all classes heal and dps. So, once you realize that yu won’t feel cheated by encounters in GW2 for lack of mechanics. The questing experience is better.
WvW is epic and makes up for it. There are many guilds at Tarnished Coast (Garnished Toast) that will help you. Also, you can run with the militia and just join up with a tag to get your bearings

thanks for the advise right now everything helps
Ah, a fellow traveler. You’ve reached a safe port. For what my opinion is worth, having played WoW for 8 years myself, having constantly raided in high-end guilds and having attained AM and led a team to RBG HotA, I can tell you from personal experience that this game is the perfect choice once you decide you have to break out of the hardcore mentality. No more hours upon hours of analyzing World of Logs graphs and mathematical formulas, no more theorycrafting away lost miliseconds, no more fine tuning dozens of macros for scores of keybinds, no more having to head-hunt like crazy and constantly pruning your guild roster and teams of players who can’t keep up simply to remain in the 0.5% crowd. All this while enjoying the only combat system whose fluidity is comparable to WoW’s and reliving a bit of the 2005-2006 world PvP experience while roaming on the borderlands.
And, as you can see, Tarnished Coast was my pick as well. Similarly to WoW RP-PvP realms such as DB EU, the RP population represents the tiniest of factions and is confined to a couple of hotspots, while the inclusiveness and live-and-let-live mentality promoted by it are the draws that ensure the World thrives as it receives a constant stream of solid, mature PvP (WvWvW) players tired of the #yoloswag culture prevalent pretty much everywhere else and who are in this game for the long-haul. In fact, from my personal observations, Tarnished Coast is pretty much the only World where the WvWvW core established in the first months of the game is still out in force and doing most of the work. It’s very probable and my bet that, as GW2 will slowly begin to die out in the future, Tarnished Coast will be the last World to experience any sort of fallout.
