About Us
Fire and [ICE] is looking to recruit players with a interest in running Dungeons and Fractals efficiently on a daily basis.

We are a 250+ member guild based on Jade Quarry and we are looking for friendly members that run meta builds (Zerker/Assassin) to run dungeons paths efficiently.

Experience in most dungeons is expected, but we are also willing to teach anyone how to do all dungeon paths as long as you are eager to learn, agree to run the meta build for your class, and are willing to take advice. What we do not tolerate is anyone with an elitist attitude, as we pride ourselves as a guild that wants to have fun first and foremost.

We start our dungeon tours shortly after reset, and run 10-15 paths per day. Dungeons in our daily lineup include 10-15 of the following:

• AC P1/P2/P3
• SE P1/P3
• TA Up / Fwd
• CoE P1/P2/P3
• CoF P1/P2
• CM P1/P2/P3
• HotW P1
• Arah P1/P2/P3
• Fractals, all tiers.

Other guild benefits:

• Play with like-minded dungeon runners who want to run dungeons efficiently
• Mumble voice chat (STRONGLY recommended for dungeon running, if you are shy, come on to listen at least)
• All guild missions unlocked, completed weekly on Sunday at 3PM EST
• Knowledgable leaders, who do not mind teaching lesser experienced players how to run dungeons
• Guild Buffs (+10% Magic find, +15% Karma, Reduced WP costs, etc)
• World Boss postings/notifications

Expectations from New Members:

• No elitism – We have a big emphasis on having fun and being chill. We do dungeons fast, but there is no reason to be condescending to fellow guildmates, and this will not be tolerated at all. We expect all to help others and being a good team player. No one wants to play with those who have bad attitudes and belittles you.
• 50% Representation – we are not a side guild, but understand some people want personal guilds for additional bank space
• Proper gear and equipment for dungeon runs – Zerker/Assassin gear of at least exotic quality, power/precision/crit damage/life steal food, dungeon potions, scale venom
• Ability to listen, and take advice from others. The meta is constantly changing, and stubbornness is not a quality we want in our guild mates.

Application Process:

• Please know that any dungeons in our dungeon lineup that you do not know well, we would be happy to teach as long as we see that you have the qualities we are looking for above!
