Guild Wars 2

I’ve been away for a little while and in that time my last guild, which was already dwindling, seems to have fully collapsed and I need a new one. This game is far more fun to play with friends.
That’s mostly what I want, people to play the game with. I mostly do PVE. Map completion, living story, dungeons and so forth. I am not a hardcore player. I have a life. That being said when I’m in game I’m not afraid to do something that is difficult. I like a challenge.
I want to join a mature guild, I get along much better with adults (being sort of an adult myself)
I do like to play WVW sometimes and as such would like a guild in IOJ, but if you think you might be the guild for me, maybe I’d consider transferring servers.

Hiya, Kinkade! Welcome back to GW2. You’re definitely right that the game is more fun with a guild. It’s definitely fun with my guild, Ember Solace. ^^ We’re on Tarnished Coast, so you’d need to transfer for WvW, but I know you said you’d consider that. We are PvX and have Officers in charge of PvE, PvP (which includes WvW), Guidance (helping out new players or returning players who might not be sure what’s going on), and Social (trivia, costume contests, hide ’n seek, etc.).

There’s an FAQ there, and if you register, you’ll get read-access to our GW2 sub-forums, so you can kind of check us out and see if you think we might be a good fit. Our Calendar & Events section also has the current events for this week so you can get a feel for what kinds of things we do. We have an application (it’s short and is designed to weed out trolls and such), so if you like us, you can apply and then if you feel like we’re a good fit, you can consider transferring. We also help pay part of the cost for transferring, so that helps. =)
