We are currently seeking guilds and players that run in the following timezones:

NA prime: 7pm – 10pm EST (priority)

EU: 1pm – 4pm EST

Late NA: 10pm – 2am EST

An active and fun WvW community, backed by a solid foundation of players that have been in tier 1 since release.

Skilled guilds that enjoy running hardcore, as much as they do running in quaggan tonics. We enjoy PPT play just as much as we do open-field.

A deep love and appreciation for our guildless players, or players not in one of the big WvW guilds, otherwise known as ‘pugs’ or ‘militia’. JQ would not be where it is today without this very important part of our playerbase.

A positive and healthy outlook on your time spent in game. We love WvW, but we enjoy all aspects of the game as well. We will push when we need to, yes, but we feel that an individual should be having fun above everything else!

Little to no queue times. We know T1 has a reputation of having nonstop 24/7 queues, but I assure you that it’s simply not true. JQ’s queue times, if they exist, are confined to one map and no longer than 5-10 minutes in duration.

As a JQ’r who plays from 10:00pm to 2:00am PDT/PST. I can tell you from personal experience we are dead in the water during these hours. I have tried NA guilds, but they all tend to pin down around 10-11pm PDT/PST, and I have tried several Oceanic based guilds, but they don’t pin up tell 2-3am PDT/PST, leaving a 4 to 6 hour gap in coverage nightly (sometimes early-NA pins do OT on weekends, as do Oceanic pining up early etc., but most the week it’s dead) and as this is my primary play time, trust me it is frustrating to say the least, and other servers ridiculing anyone who tries to recruit for JQ only tends to exacerbate the issue for us “late night west coasters” looking for a proper home.

What JQ is in desperate need of is a guild that primarily plays/pins/recruits for this 4 to 6 hour gap. At the risk of sounding like we are trying to “Stack”, I would love for anyone/guild who plays late nights on the west coast to give serious thought about joining the ranks here at JQ.

I think we can safely say we’re only trying to keep the tier balanced. This screen grab is right now, during prime time NA. Which is why JQ is a great place for any guild looking for some T1 fun. There’s always plenty of enemy’s to challenge and entertain your guilds.

I don’t know why we were ticking so high. Our Sea Forces are pretty strong still, that’s for certain. It’s the rest of the hours in a day where we lack sufficient forces. Take for example a little while ago during late NA. The attached is a screen cap of us being outnumbered in EB of all maps. We couldn’t even hold our keep against the BG map zerg. The time stamp on the mini map is Server time.

That’s why we’re opening recruitment for all time zones. Especially, EU and late NA.

JQ is ticking high because BG is playing PvE to grind money again. Like someone else listed before. JQ has no EU guilds currently. JQ has no late NA into OCX. Thats the timezones we are missing. We are not in need of SEA guilds.

As for the picture of the JQ zerg. Yes, there are times we run high and have a full zerg. This is T1 afterall. You can throw out pictures all you want everyone knows this is not news. That’s EB. Even low tier servers can get zergs like that in EB.

If you’re thinking of x-fering to T1, i suggest you pick TC or BG, not that I have anything against JQ, but so it keeps the matchup EVEN. if JQ kepts gaining and gaining more bandwaggonners, no one would have any fun. They would be sick of being green, and we would all be sick of losing. T1 servers are locked in now because the rating difference between 3rd place and 4th place is 200,000 even though SoS dominates.

JQ keeps gaining and gaining. We got NS, in the past 3 months. Look BG buying guilds. Having several EU and tons of NA. Looks TC, having a solide NA and a good EU. Ooh wait, JQ needs EU and NA thats all they do. Not complaining to get SEA. Our SEA is fine. Dont need it.

BG has been gone since the weekend. Farming gold to get OCX/SEA guilds.

So what will happen if we get more NA and EU guilds? PvD till we get bored? we need more NA commanders that actually knows what their doing and We already have stacked SEA that can queue 2 maps, and once we get more NA and EU guilds T1 will be dead because of us.

Oh plz… Everyone knows JQ has waaaayyy more SEA than that.
Quit trying to lie and downplay ur size. Its off seasons so u guys are queuing about 2 maps during SEA. Also you have the most SEA pugs+ guilds that play early and late into other timezones like Ge, MERC, SoX. I’m pretty sure WvW will play into EU a little bit too.
Come seasons everyone knows u’ll have enough ppl to queue 3+ maps during SEA alone, which means u’ll have more ppl than BG and TC SEA COMBINED.

Ash is now an EU guild? I have never seen them on during EU. Not even on weekends. Also listing SG is an EU guild is kinda fun, knowing they dont have a single EU member. They do however sometimes form up around 6pm EST, which is around midnight EU, but I wouldnt call em EU because of that.

HB fields ~10-15 during EU, somtimes a few more during weekends, but never 25. The only time we hit that numbers is on reset nights.

That said, I would love to see JQ get some good EU guilds.

KnT and OnS fielding 60 is fun. Though they sometimes tag up and rally pugs, they dont usually field more than 35 them selfs during reset, which is where they peak.

DEAD is a PVX guild that only rarely comes out into WvW. Dont remember the last time I saw em.

LG I have never seen or heard of.

I agree that JQ could use a couple of NA fighting guilds, but from what I hear you have already gotten those?

there is one dedicated EU guild who run daily on TC and that is HEL, we run 15-25 deep so for once your numbers are right.
AHMA never seen them in euro
PF raid 1-2 times a week maximum 10 peeps
SE rarely run EU but will run with others if there is a PUGmander on

DuDE are not an EU guild
If TC is lucky then DISCO from Cern will tag up 2 maybe 3 times a week which means we may have 2 groups. But Generally when it comes to EU we have 1 commander who would rather run small than have 50 peeps.
So congrats on your number crunching and knowing your opposition JQ, oh and what about Cloudfly who runs Euro [TPA] and some of those SOX peeps. forgot to mention those didn’t you

I can confirm that there is a 4-6 hour gap and it sucks.

That aside, we’re currently looking for mesmers/nekros and guardians that would like to try something new in a 15-20 member small close knit group in JQ. JQ is stacked on SEA/OCX and its not even funny…
That said, JQ does need NA guilds and I hope they find them.

EDIT: you guys have a lot of militia though, so there is interest for WvW from the player-base that is already on JQ.
