Hello Commanders!

Our guild is looking for an experienced casual/organized commander to run for our guild on Ehmry Bay Server. This will be a paid position in our guild, meaning you will be paid in gold for the time you tag up and lead. This is a contractual position with performance extensions. I will post everything below if you are interested.

Position: Commander
Contract: Month to Month
Pay rate: 50-100g a night
Pay per month: 400-1200g
Nights: Minimum 2, Maximum 3 per week

-Must run for a minimum of 2 hours per night.

-Guild members that follow your tag can range from 5-30 depending on availability and night. Squad must be open join, but you may kicked none guild members as you wish, or anyone who is not in map.

-You can request builds for players to run which will usually be accepted, but you cannot force a player out of squad for not running a build, casuals must be accepted.

-Payments will be made at the end of each week ending on Saturday night. Payments may come in the form of gold or ecto (buy price value) depending on gold caps that week. You will only be paid for the nights you run for a minimum of 2 hours.

-This contract is from Month to Month and based on performance, the better you do that month the more you will get paid the next month, the poorer you perform the less you will make next month.

-This position requires you to use our Teamspeak on the nights that you run.
