Guild Wars 2

Hi, first of all, you might be annoyed by this, but I just have to say it, since I don’t want to offend you in anyway: I’m sincerely sorry for my English. It is not my first language.

That being said, what I want to say is: hello. I just got GW2. It is my very first MMO RPG. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it, so I think I should give it a try, as I’m more of a 3DS and PS Vita individual. The thing is I don’t have any experience with MMO. So, I’m looking for a guild that me and my character could grow together, emotionally and virtually.

Anyhow, there’re things you should know about me. First of all, I live in Thailand, so our time would be really off, but I could manage that. Secondly, I’m a graduate student, so I might not be able to play daily. However, I could manage something like 3-4 times a week. Also, being a graduate student is one of the reason why I need to play to game: I need some place which do not resolve too much around academic subject — a kind of casual hangout place. And lastly, I haven’t create any character and chosen any server yet because, like I said, this is my first MMO RPG and I do not know what to do. (But I’m looking forward to be a male Asura warrior)
Anyway, I am sorry for the bad English.

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play well as a well oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.

What we expect

Hiya, Jehuty! I think you’d be right at home in my guild, Ember Solace. We’ve got a few people who speak English as a second language, and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. =) We’re a PvX guild on Tarnished Coast, and we mainly focus on PvE with some WvW and sPvP in there, too.

I can definitely relate to your desire to play a relaxing game to help distract you from your studies. Taking time to rest and just have fun is super important.

Well, if you’re interest and have yet to choose I’d like to invite you to the Asura News Network. I made the guild because I’ve had issues with less active/larger guilds in the past. We don’t have too many members right now, but that’s why I’m looking for people that want to be active and have fun. I’d also like to do some mild RPing and it’d be great to have a few more people that are into it. The server of origin is Ehmry Bay, but doesn’t matter too much, since we mainly focus on PvE content.
