Some more info…

Server: I’m willing to swap, currently on Northern Silverpeaks.

LGBT Friendly: I don’t care if you don’t have many (or any) LGBT people. I don’t expect special treatment, nor do I expect anyone to change how they act around me. I simply want a space free of homophobes.

Playstyle: Currently playing casually, a few hours a day. Will probably start doing PvP when I’m better at the game and know more about it. Right now I’m pretty much PvE only.

Type of Guild: Would prefer a guild that feels more like a community than just some random people that happen to be in the same guild. Also, as title states, I would prefer a PvX guild.

Experience: I’m a new player. Bought the game when it first came out, but I played very little.

Communication: Unsure if I’d use TS (or something similar) at the moment. Would prefer a guild that doesn’t require it. I still need a good microphone anyways.

Location/Time: I live in USA and my time zone is EST, however, my sleep schedule can be all over the place sometimes. As long as most people in the guild are around my time zone, I don’t care.

Hey Bleached Blaze! If you’d like, I’d be happy to invite you to Volatile Situation [Vs] on Yak’s Bend if you’d like to see our small yet growing community. We only have about 34 members right now but we’ve been recruiting a bit for everything. We’ve got some pretty good PvPers, enjoy WvW roaming, PvE, or just goofing off doing whatever. A good amount of the members have played with and known each other for awhile, so it’s not all just randoms bunched together. TS isn’t required, although we do have a small Vent if people want. Many of us are on EST, with a few members over in Europe and beyond. I’d like to say our guild is a safe place, yet if anything were to slip through the cracks we would take care of it swiftly and justly; there’s no room for intolerance.

Heya, Bleached Blaze! It sounds like you’d enjoy my guild, Ember Solace. We’re an LGBT guild (with many allies), and we have a Purpose & Principles that spells out our community guidelines to make sure the guild is a safe space.

We’re PvX and have Teams in charge of each aspect: PvE (Will + Kiore & Speitzer), PvP (Nighthawk + Aerveor, Mand & Will), Social (Aguri + Aemys & Grimm), Guidance (Veronica + Mand & Mustachio), and RP (Noodle + Dasha). We have events daily, during EST evening times, plus fun events like our Spring Party coming up in May.

We’re super newbie friendly (that’s what the Guidance Team is there for, although all of our members love helping out), and we use TS3, but it’s not required.

Thanks for all the replies. I got some PM’s and in game mail as well, so I got quite a few offers. I’m currently deciding and might ask for some more info from some people if needed.
