Guild Wars 2

Well I’ve been trying to avoid this, but here goes. My old guild has become inactive on HoD. Anyone out there? Looking for LGBT support or RP on HoD. (bonus points for both). USA player, on sporadically during pacific time zone times. Looking for RP and a guild to run around and do Tequatl and other events with from time to time. Casual player, but not THAT casual… more semi-casual.

Hey Mitha, thanks to the mega server you can easily play with people from anywhere. Servers really only dictate WvW. If you’re up for it, I would suggest Ember Solace. I’m not in the guild, but I do know they are a very close to what you’re looking for ~ LGBT and some RP. They are based on TC.

Mitha, as Beorn mentioned, we’re on Tarnished Coast, but if you’re not doing WvW, that won’t really matter. We’re an LGBTQ guild with some allies, too, and lots of people who kind of get “stepped on” sometimes in the world (people with chronic physical/mental illness, people who speak English as a second language, people of color, etc.).

We have a couple of forum RPs going on and some in-game RP, although that’s sporadic at the moment. Jessica and Noodle recently hosted an RP for our charr Ember Warband, and I know there is interest in more in-game RPs.

We’re 100% rep, though, so you’d have to commit to us and only us. Luckily, we’ve got a couple ways you can test drive us. First, you can register on our forums and get read-access to our GW2 sections. That will give you a feel for what we’re like. And then second, if you apply (it’s short and painless), we have a Trial Period so you can decide if we’re a good fit for you.
