My partner and I are looking for a Raid Guild.

Please do not just post here with a copy/paste of your guild message.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• NA
• Not 100% rep
• Friday or Saturday raid times
• Nice environment (no yelling, jerks, racism/sexism/homophobia/transphobia, etc.)
• Skilled environment (people know their stuff, show up on time, use consumables, etc.)

Here’s what we offer:

• 3+ year veterans of the game
• Experience with Vale Guardian
• Willingness to learn (observe, watch videos, etc.)
• TS3, Mumble, Discord (will download whatever you use and have mic)
• Good attitude re: wipes, setbacks, etc.
• Multiple professions with full ascended gear (me: tank or dps engi, healer druid; him: tank or dps chrono, ps or condi warrior, dps dragon hunter, condi engi, power or condi daredevil, power revenant)

We’re more than willing to use forums, go through a Trial Period, etc.

Hey Aidyn – I know you stated to not post with a copy paste of our guild information but honestly it is a lot of information to put out and I feel like you need it all. I am going to put it below but I did want you to know I read your thread and am very interested in speaking with you both.

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long-standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play together like a well-oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.

•Five dedicated teams for Raiding(various times and days listed below – Most teams have spots open.)
•Eternal and Last Cannon done on multiple teams.
•We are also looking for raid leaders for some new teams. See below.

Green: 8:00 -11:00 EST, Tuesday-Thursday
Blue: 8:30-10:30 pm EST Wednesday & Friday
Red: 9:00 – 12:00 EST, Saturday & Sunday
Yellow: Looking for experienced Raid Leader. You choose times and days.
Pink: 9:00-12:00 EST, Tuesday-Thursday
Purple (Sun 1-4 EST & Mon 8-11 EST)
Orange: Looking for experienced Raid Leader for later PST start times (around 7 or 8 PM PST)
Silver: 8:00 -11:00 EST, Tuesday-Thursday

•NA server
•Focus on Living Story/Raid/PvP achievements
•Chance to play with friendly players

•Strong leadership with two PvE officers and two PvP officers to back up our leader.

What we expect
•18 and up preferably
•Have a working Mic and TeamSpeak preferred
•Have a sense of humor but realize things may not always be PG13
•Attributes of a team player with a good attitude.

We looked into Synergy, and a lot of things looked really promising, but unfortunately I don’t think the rep thing is going to work out. We’re still both in Ember Solace (despite me handing over leadership to a council system), and SOL requires 60% rep. Thank you for reaching out, though. If Synergy’s rep policy ends up changing more, or if you hear of another guild that might fit, please let me know.
