Guild Wars 2

I have been playing GW2 on and off for two years now with just a bit over 700 hours of playtime. I live in an unorthodox timezone so playing on an NA server (Blackgate), meant I’ve never really been involved in guilds. Most of my playtime has been spent doing dungeons and fractals in PuG’s, as frustrating as that sometimes can be. I would like to make a foray into raiding but PuG’s are not exactly the best place to start.
I cannot believe it took me two years to find out [SEA] guilds existed.
I have a fair amount of experience with PvE in general but none in Raids but I’m willing to put in the time to learn and improve. Obviously, I am ready to put resources into new builds. I can use Voice Com.
I would like a guild that communicates in English and I would appreciate knowing the exact timezone the guild operates in and when it generally runs its missions.
