Hello
To the point, what I am looking for mainly is a group of friendly people to play with every other week or so as I’m only able to play about that often. I need a guild that is active, meaning actively representing members who know how to (and do very frequently) use guild chat. I don’t mind using voice chat for listening during events, missions, dungeons, fractals or the like, but I do not like to be in voice chat all the time. The roster number doesn’t matter so much, if you’re a sub 50 member group but you have a large majority of them active and chatting it’s much better than a higher roster count with no one ever talking or representing. I also don’t mind there being members with varying levels of experience.
I am a very casual person mainly into PvE content, and tend to like to just run around doing some map exploration or the occasional dungeon or something while chatting or reading guild chat – it tends to sound more like intelligent life than map chat and generally if you ask a question you get a legitimate answer coming from someone you consider a friend or at least acquaintance through guild :P So a PvE or PvX guild would probably be a better fit than something strictly WvW or PvP since I don’t PvP at all and I rarely ever touch WvW.
That’s really all I ask for, friendliness, a well used guild chat, and just a place to hang out when I’m actually able to play the game. I would prefer this be a Blackgate guild as that is my home server, but really if I find it meets my expectations the server won’t matter as long as I’m in good company. I don’t plan on server transferring anytime in the near future. I have two others who are looking for the same things in a guild who would most likely be coming along after I’ve taken a peek and seen how things go.
