Hiya, Timothy! If you were on NA, I’d suggest my guild, Ember Solace, but I do keep a list of queer-friendly EU guilds on hand for this very occasion. =)
I’m not sure how feminist-friendly these guilds are, but they all advertise themselves as LGBT guilds (except for New Rainbow, which is trans only):

If you Google the name of the guild + “gw2” then you’ll get their recruitment posts which will have their contact info and how to join. I hope one of them (or another guild) works out for you!
