Guild Wars 2

Hello all. I am currently on Sanctum of Rall. I am on Eastern Standard Time. I am willing to transfer servers for a good guild. My main is a 80 Ranger. I’m not really into the PVP thing, did that in Everquest, but would give it a try. I have not done WvW yet, just been playing PVe.

I am Master Crafter working on Grand Master. I have reached 500 in Huntsman, almost to 450 in Weaponsmith/Artifactor. I am close to being a respected achiever, little under 300 points away. I want a fun, friendly, mature guild that is active daily, doing new content, run dungeons, etc.

I have been playing since launch. Tired of blind guild invites, I never have accepted one. I have not run dungeons or anything that really requires a guild, just tag along on zergs on World events, but I learn quickly. I pretty much play almost every day, mainly in the evening, I am on during the days sometimes as well.

If you want to try wvw The Praetorians [Praey] are a Havoc Squad guild focused on small group roaming in wvw—perfect for beginners or vets. Pm me in game or check website at prae.shivtr.com. We also do pve guild events and dungeons randomly but everyone here are pretty much refugees from old guilds.

Hey Sandar, I think we might be a good fit for you. I’m from Madcast Gaming, and let me tell you a bit about us.

MadCast is a gaming community that is bigger than GW2, but we are working on growing our GW2 sector right now. You can check out our website at http://www.madcastgaming.com. I especially suggest you read through the forums some to get a feel for what we are all about! Here are some points you may find attractive about MadCast:

We have a mature community. While MadCast has no specific age requirements we do have high expectations for maturity. You will find kind, patient people and no drama. The vast majority of our members are over 18 (especially in GW2). Most of our GW2 members are older with careers, and many have families and children.
We are a serious community with casual gameplay. In other words, the main expectations we have for members revolves around positive contribution to the community and not on a packed GW2 schedule attendance. If you are active in the forums and show up to a few events a week, that is good enough for us. Additionally, because we are casual our community is made out of all levels of players. We have many very new players, some new to gaming in general, and our environment is built on kindness and helpfulness. People will be happy to answer you questions and guide you through things no matter how basic or advanced.

We have a super awesome, active TeamSpeak group. We enforce strict rules of respectfulness and tolerance among our players, making it a safe friendly place for everyone. People of all types feel comfortable joining in the conversation and making new friends.

Our community is bigger than in-game. We have a website with a lot of activity and heavy forum use. This is a huge asset because we have people who play all kinds of games over at MadCast, and the forums really serve as the uniting factor among people.

If you check out our website, you will see information about becoming a Full Member of MadCast. This is not something you need to do right away. Our guild welcomes ‘Associate’ Members, meaning we will add you to the guild, you are free to use our TeamSpeak and join our Forums, but you do not have complete access rights for inviting people to the guild yourself, or accessing certain Full Member parts of our forum. This is a good way to find out if MadCast is the right fit for you before applying. In the long run, to gain any ranking position, we require people to be an official MadCast Full Member.

Hi Sandar. Although our guild is based in the PST timezone, we also have members who are EST. (like me) We are most active in the evenings. (8pm to 3am EST) We like to take part in everything the game has, like dungeons and new content. Most of us have been playing together since launch.

From Our Ashes [Rise] is a PvX guild that emphasis community and togetherness. We enjoy all aspects of what Guild Wars 2 has to offer and we play pretty much all of it. Having an atmosphere of friendship will make the game more enjoyable while still having a competitive attitude. Most of us have come from different backgrounds and areas of the game, but we are all here together now and we will Rise to new levels.

About us:

Just Us Grown ups [JUGs] is a very friendly, drama-free guild which is comprised of people 30 yr.s old and older (our minimum required age is 25).

We are on the Jade Quarry server which is one of the three top-ranked servers for WvW. It’s also a high population PvE server and players from all other servers come to ours to participate in it’s events.

We have an even mix of male and female players and welcome both new and veteran players. We place a high value on community. We have a great website and a fully upgraded guild of over 150 members.
