Hey there,

We are looking for a small pve focused guild for a potential merger for ease of organization for the new upcoming pve content. Namely raids and guild halls.

We are predominantly wvw oriented but we have a small base of pve’ers. I want to be able to cater to these members by being able to form pve raid,fractal, dungeon parties without hopping around a server ts or using lfg.

We are very excited for the new upcoming content such as raiding, guild halls, mastery system.

The Steel Ministry [SM]

• We are over 2 years old

• everything unlocked, merits maxed out, sitting on over half a mil of influence

• NA prime active, handful of usual night owls going into 6am est

• Smaller guild but active member core (you wont lose that sense of knowing everyone)

• We are mature, most of us are working professionals, with a handful of college students, so we know and understand if your schedule may not line up with the guild activities sometimes.

• Based on Devonas Rest T8; Transferring is not required, but if have interest we can have that arranged and help with the cost. (The wvw gameplay promotes havoc and roaming teams over blobs/trains in this tier; which most of us enjoy more anyway)

• We do guild missions weekly, fast and successfully!

• We have no interest in wanting to become a 500 member guild, we want to keep the sense of being able to go home after work or school and just hangout.

• If wvw is important to you, we run nightly and have a very experienced wvw core, we are very verbal with targeting and skill callouts, and the fights are always fun

• If you have a number of pvp’ers we have a number of skilled pvpers that train weekly; we have interest in creating guild teams for the new content as well.

What we are looking for!

• Individuals are welcome to pm me for info!

• preferably NA prime active (continental us/can)

• Smaller guild no more than 10-15

• Does NOT have to be on our server, transferring not required

• Those that enjoy fractals, dungeons, cursed shore farming but can never seem to fill that extra party with guildies!

• A guild that is tight knit; i would rather have a group of people that knows each other and does activities together rather than a group of people that barely interacts and is just a guild to be a guild.

• Does not have to be wvw focused, we are looking to build up our pve base.

Merging with us does not mean you lose your integrity with your group! We are open to continuing on your events, being open to your ideas, and will not force our ideals onto you!

We average about 40 members on per night, which is definitely still within that range where you recognize everyone in guild chat and have the sense of community. The one thing we primarily lack however, is a WvW presence, it’s something I’ve been looking for for a while now. I’m wondering if we can’t work something out here. We have a very strong PvE focus, with multiple raid teams raiding multiple nights (EST primarily). We are actually on the hunt at the moment for some additional raid leaders to prepare for the HoT bump to ensure all of our members get a chance to raid.

I know you mentioned you’re looking for another small guild for a merger, but I’m hoping you and your friends will be up to discuss a larger scale merger. I have no intention of getting much larger (we want to keep the member count under 200 at all times), keeping a guild on the small to medium end is crucial, we don’t want to be one of those guilds that just has massive numbers but you have no idea who you’re looking at when you open your guild panel. We are very tight knit and I honestly know everyone in the guild. We also have a very strong TS presence for our size (10-30+ people depending on time of day).

If nothing else I’d like to get together to talk on TS (or some other VOIP) about it to see where our heads are at.

@cookiezz , i talked with Aeroumu in your ts, and we seemed great for each other, but unfortunatly we are not willing to dissolve the SM name to merge into synergy due to sentimentaility and the tenure of our members and guild. Doors remain open tho for us sending a wvw commander possibly to get you guys out of the high teir wvw blobs! Expect to see me in game possibly in the future
