Guild Wars 2

Hi, thanks for reading my thread. I’m currently looking for a serious/semi-serious (but fun) raiding guild on tues/thurs night anytime after 7pm EST.

A little about me. I’ve been playing gw since prophecies. I enjoy helping new players and teaching people, but am also a seasoned vet and enjoy a good challenge.

My past achieves:

1) GWAMM and 50/50 HoM points (champion of the gods).
2) DoA speed clear record holder (ursanway w/ promise sin) (guild DOA)
3) DoA record holder again (mesway) (guild DOA)
4) UWSC record holder (guild ODST)
5) Top 100 gvg guild and GM (guild Shadowknights [SK])

GW2 Achieves:
1) Dungeonmaster (before most nerfs, and before dungeon sellers)
2) 5 legitly farmed legendary weapons (mostly dungeon speed clears, ac 1-3, cof 1-2, hotw1, dredge 1, arah, fractals)
3) High level fractals

Other games with serious raiding exp:
1) Top DPS in my heroic raiding guild for ICC/Cata as a Shadowpriest w/ a disc offspec (Guild Turmoil: exodar server)

Some real life info:
Age 31, male, divorced (her fault), back in school to finish my graphics design degree w/ a minor in communications. I have a steady job delivering pizza (better $ than you would think lol) and also run an advertising business on the side. I have an awesome gf now but w/ some distance we only see each other about 1-2 weekends a month. On my days off you will usually find me on gw2, reading, watching netflix/anime etc.

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play well as a well oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.

Thanks for the reply! Just double checking raid times are when? I work m,w,f,sat,sun most weeks usually 5-m-4am and have school 12pm-4:30pm EST M/W/F and Tues/Thurs from 4:30-6:30pm EST.

Also what mastery or specializations requirements do you guys have if any? I have all of the masteries needed for HoT story progression atm, and am working on finishing my Daredevil, and reaper mostly, followed by my chronomancer and dragonhunter too.

Have mic, vent, ts, raidcall, overwolf, skype etc.

Unless needed on a different class I usually run d/d+ shortbow on my daredevil thief or sometimes sword/pistol + p/p depending on the encounter.

Hey! We have a Thursday raid group that is 9pm-12am Eastern that has 2 spots left. The crew for that group has hardcore raiding experience in WoW as well and they are also in their 30s. I think you’d fit well. The group might expand out to Tues/Thurs but right now, it’ll just be Thursdays.

We are a medium-sized guild (50 players) on Borlis Pass. We’ve been around since beta and we aren’t going anywhere.
